Converted in 1988 from a Coachouse built for the duke of Bedford is now a 12 bedroom licensed hotel and 50-seat restaurant.
Much of the buildings charm and character has been retained by preserving many of the old timber beams and the granite open fire in the Lounge Bar.
The Coachouse is close to Dartmoor National Park, hidden amongst countryside on the edge of the tiny hamlet of Ottery and only two miles from historic town of Tavistock, which is birthplace of Sir Francis Drake.
