Powderham Castle
Powderham Castle is located near Exeter with a picturesque setting beside the Exe estuary. The castle was built in 1391 by Sir Philip Courtenay it has remained in the same family to this day and is currently home to the 18th Earl of Devon. Visitors can wonder at the stunning medieval grand staircase, the eighteenth century music room and the original Victorian Kitchen.
